  • Use the Forgot Password or Email link at the Portal log in page, or Contact Us at office@thomsonaccounting.com or call our office at 518-822-1673 to request a personal password reset link.

My account says it’s inactive.

  • Contact Us at office@thomsonaccounting.com or call our office at 518-822-1673. We will reactive your account for you.
