Submitting Your Forms

Our Annual Client Organizers and Worksheets provide a client-friendly way for you to supply the required information needed to prepare your tax return.

• Organizers MUST be complete, signed, and submitted annually/per tax return. Reuse of any prior-year forms are not permitted. The use of these forms assist us to keep our fee to a minimum providing efficient and accurate proccessing of your data.

• Digital versions of these forms can be found as ORGANIZERS in your Client Portal.

• Upload your forms to DOCUMENTS via your Client Portal, or print and submit to our office. Do NOT email!

Annual Client Organizers

• 2024 Tax Year Organizers will be available when the IRS announces new tax laws. (Anticipated the end of January 27, 2025)

• Personal & Self Employed Tax Organizer - 2023 Prior Tax Year
• Corporate & Partnership Tax Organizer - 2023 Prior Tax Year
• Not For Profit Tax Organizer - 2023 Prior Tax Year
• Prior years available upon request.
